Josh Romig once more provides us with one of his creations. A third entry in the Wellerman-themed series about (Series I and Series II) the crews of the ships that are everywhere, the crews that make things go around and work, and who skirt the fate of greatness.
And this time it is a framework for a campaign that can span years, decades – a sort of mini-campaign that can be fleshed out just as you like, keeping a central theme and connecting with the larger-than-life events of the novels.
