Create a one-page adventure about the risks and promised rewards of Builder technologies. Found throughout the 1373 systems, Builder artefacts are sought for the secrets they hold, by corporations, governments, criminals, and you.
You are encouraged to use suggestions from the core book, and should feel free to pick one or more of the existing rules supplements to inform your story. Whether Sol System, Ships of the Expanse. Trades of the Expanse, and/or Beyond the Ring. Pick wisely, your submission cannot be more than one single page.
The theme of the jam this year is tied to the technology of the protomolecule Builders and set during the 30 years of the Transport Union era (between Babylon’s Ashes and Persepolis Rising novels).
The adventure may be written as a dungeon crawl, corporate espionage thriller, or deep space exploration, follow your inspiration and creativity! The characters may have to navigate and resolve puzzles, hazards and conflicts as represented by Builder automatons, installations, modified fauna, material transfer systems, strange technologies, and/or human competition. It can be about dodging the agents of the Transport Union, Freehold, Laconia, and others, and/or working for any of them (knowingly or not).
The prerequisite is that the adventure must be about Builder technology, and may focus on discovering, excavating, transporting, or stealing artefacts. The adventure must be set during the 30-year period of the Transport Union, either shortly after its foundation, smack in the middle, or in good time before its end.

One-page Adventure Jam 2025 Information
Submit your one-page adventure as a PDF to the e-mail above, or if you are on Facebook: upload it to the files section in either of the two Facebook groups: Main Group or GM Group. Your choice.
Importantly, all submissions will be shared in the Facebook groups.
As a supplement to the one page adventure you may also submit one of the following: a colony record, planet record, system record, organisation or starship record sheet.
You can download fillable colony, system, and planetary record sheets here. There are also starship sheets there if you need a template.
When creating your adventure, consider the following:
- What would be interesting for the characters to face?
- What or who is the antagonist? Builder automatons? Rival gangs? The TU or other government? Rival corporations? The environment enhanced by evolution and Builder remnants?
- What unintelligible mysteries are found?
Keep in mind things that may affect the adventure’s atmosphere and mood, The Churn, or Stunt Point expenditure. Such as gravitational anomalies, the incomprehensible motives of the Builders, ground quakes (other geological or atmospheric events), protomolecule, ancient underground tunnels, a material transfer system, mercenaries, surviving alien biomes, and more.
