It is a pleasure to present the Tycho Trilogy by Richard Kirke. The three adventures were originally sessions of The Expanse RPG that Richard ran with his online group during the Covid lockdown in 2020. First uploaded to the Facebook community back in 2020, this PDF collects all three adventures in one file, and comesContinue reading “A Trilogy of Adventures”

Life In The Black: 2023 One-Page Adventure Jam PDF Collection
Finally, the third one page adventure jam collection is here. The collection includes all 14 adventures from the 2023 one-page adventure jam in a single PDF. The theme of the jam in 2023 was “Life In The Black” and challenged the participants to create adventures about the dangers and risks of living and working inContinue reading “Life In The Black: 2023 One-Page Adventure Jam PDF Collection”
Churning out the churn
The community has been at it again. Here’s something new to use in your games. The Churn is a great mechanic that appropriately sets the tone for telling Expanse stories together. However, sometimes coming up with events on the fly can be challenging, and while we may plan ahead, sooner or later we will faceContinue reading “Churning out the churn”
What happens on Eros, better stay on Eros
“Eros: the faecal remnant of a once bright centre in the belt. Where Eros used to be a hub of culture, industry, and commerce, it is now a soiled casino rock that anyone with a modicum of common sense avoids, where the law is but a wishful ideal or a not-so-cherished memory, where middle-classers andContinue reading “What happens on Eros, better stay on Eros”
The second volume is here
Finally, after much tweaking and unwanted postponements, the collection of One Page Adventures from the 2022 Jam is edited, finalised, and published. The collection is smaller this time around, however, there was some more work on this volume due to the additions of planets and colonies the jam opened for, including choices made by theContinue reading “The second volume is here”
Tactical space combat
I have uploaded tactical space combat maps to the resources section, one for use with VTTs and one for printing and use at the table. They are both in A3 format for simplicity. This also means that is perfectly downscales to A4 if you need or want to have a smaller map on the table.Continue reading “Tactical space combat”
Colonies beyond the rings
I just uploaded a home-brewed star system with a planet and two colonies to the Adventures section. Eidolon was discovered around the time of the Illus incident, and presents a similar challenge to players and GMs. However the planet is quite different and boasts more life, if smaller Builder presence. Have a look.
